NaNoWriMo (Kinda)

So some of you may have heard of National Novel Writing Month, but if you have not then it is an event held every year to promote creative writing and youth literacy. In the official version of this, your goal is 50,000 words between November 1st and November 30th. Well my Drinklings friends (Ross Hardy and Mary Kathryn Wiley) and I have decided to give it a go!!!….but…none of us think that between our full time jobs and general life commitments that we can hit 50,000 words. Our goal will be to write something of significant length and complete by the end of the month.

I am going to be posting videos on the YouTube Channel each week as we fight our way through all this. These spinoff videos will be called a 1000 Words or More. Ross and I talk about our ambitions in the first episode of the series and we will have check in videos throughout the month.

Whether we make our goals or not, we hopefully will have fun and find that we put something worthwhile on the page.
